1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Auzzera Store will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

7. Exchanges
