Ordered item, and did not receive it. to make matters worse, the delivery driver even dropped it off at another complex. attempted to get a refund, but support continues to deny my request despite the proof i’ve sent over (what the delivery driver submitted as “proof of delivery” even tho bro was nowhere near my location and the door in the photos was nothing like my own complex). poor service all around from everyone. disappointing beyond belief. same delivery driver dropped off my other packages at the same location as well so i never received any of those. money in the trash. i do not recommend.

I have to say that the box arrived damaged and the product inside was slightly dented, but it works. Honestly, I don't know who to blame for the damage, the carrier obviously, but also the seller for not packaging the product better. However, it still works, so there's no need to cry over it.
